Extremely user friendly and great customer service!

I was surprised with how easy it was to use this app to make a reservation. I then received a call almost instantly from Mr. Elyes from sales team Saudi Arabia. He walked me through the confirmation process. He was patient and painted a great picture for the quality of service I will be receiving with this company. Great job!

Fast & Easy

Easy to use app, with all resources options and if you prefer a personalized support also the Sales Team will take care of of your request. Mr Sayed has taken care of our requirement being very clear and making it and easy process as well.

Don’t deal with them

I had a disappointing experience with this rental service, I would give them 0 star. They requested that I return the car 2 days earlier due to the office closing for holidays, which was quite inconvenient. They also informed me that I would need to wait 30 days for my deposit to be returned.

To make matters worse, I was subsequently charged 165 OMR without any reason or explanation. There was no communication from them—no email, no phone call, not even a WhatsApp message.

Overall, very dissatisfied with the service and lack of transparency.
