LOVE SELINA
If you have ever experienced the hostels, the app is no exception. You can plan ahead your activities the place offers you & even do an early check in with all the information so you can enjoy more your stay. You can also see who is staying at the hostel the same dates you are so it’s easier to connect with others. Anything you need, is on the app and if not, the front desk is always happy to assist!! Also, you can keep up with all your past stays. I love it!
Selina are simply the best
I love the community here. They are accommodating and just plain friendly and good people! I love every time I come hand how accommodating they are. I made some life long friends doing the activities the hotel pits together.
Great lifestyle brand / crap technology
On the one hand, after multiple stays and interactions at multiple locations across Israel, Selina has an amazing staff and beautiful properties. It all just feels right.
On the other hand the technology needs a huge upgrade - website pages slow to load, reservations do not link or sync over to the app, reservation modifications and cancellations are torturous and always give me a huge headache.
It’s like two totally different companies / experiences :(.
