Hook Line & Sinker

Even at the beginning I wasn’t impressed. The picture quality was mid range at best. You couldn’t really make out people’s faces unless you have seen the face before. The pro was that it was free. Of course you could pay for more perks if you wanted too. If you trying to save money you could at the least see who was caught on your camera. NOW you have to pay for it. This product is a joke. If I knew that in time they would make me pay for the subscription I would have picked a better product. It is so disappointing to shell out money to use a product that you have already paid for!!! It’s like property tax!! I should be able to use what I already paid for!!

Used to be good

I used to really like this app and camera. Then all of a sudden it stopped recording anything, absolutely no playback, only live view is available no matter what the settings are set to and when I try to expand the view by flipping phone sideways it just cuts the picture in half! I tried updating it and it’s already up to date. I’ve used this app for many years and all of a sudden this happens and I tried to get technical support but nobody ever got back to me.

Can Not View My Cameras In Full Screen Anymore!!

Ive been a sengled flood light camera owner for over 7 years. I’ve recommended them to family and friends, as well as clients.

I recently started experiencing a problem, Im not able to view my cameras in full screen view. Meaning, if I try to view one of my three cameras, by turning my iPhone or ipad to the side, i get half the screen cut off, and it turns black.

Im sure it can be addressed in a software update, but by the looks of things, Sengled hasn’t updated its app in a very long time. Why???

This is very aggravating, considering sengled wants to start charging us users more, in my case the charges will be double, but the app hasn’t been updated in roughly two years, what kind of business is that. You charge more, but give crappy service?
When I hint the app support link in apples app store, it takes me to a page that says, “Page Not Found”

This is not good business ……. Please update the app and fix our issue, so our cameras will work properly, before you start charging us more money!
