New version of the app is a step in the right direction. The settings menu should get rid of the tiles option if the product has two or less tiles and just display the tiles permanently, noise cancellation could use something like an info button with a brief explanation behind each option, and the same idea could be applied to the acoustical settings. Also, the options for “Director” are a little too dramatic; I can’t imagine anyone already into sound quality enough to purchase Seinnheiser products to go with “thump” and “high” reverb.

App reviewed with PXC 550-II headphones. Based on other reviews and what I see in the app it seems like settings are slightly different for each product. I’m able to connect easily with only one product, something I wasn’t able to do in the previous app version. The iPad is a completely different story, and I try to stay away from the app completely and just keep noise cancellation fully activated via the headphones.

This is my third iteration of the Momentum True Wireless series and as I awaited the release of the new 4th gen version, I was hoping for a few improvements of which you did not disappoint. The new features are outstanding and that Sennheiser sound stage is what moves the needle for me. We have different features singularly or multiple of which we are most gratified. Personally, it’s about the seal and the sound. It’s not that I don’t care about the other features, it’s that I am willing to sacrifice the other features that has to be the absolute best IMO to have the sound that just mesmerizes me. That’what these new True Wireless headphones do for me. The new and improved app that just had a new update which had a few major improvements that made the headset greatly improved. I am now saying the sound is phenomenally outstanding and most gratifying pair of true wireless earbuds that I have ever owned. The future updates will be more icing on the cake. Sennheiser, continue to do what you do and I will remain a faithful customer sharing my experience with family and friends.

I had a little technical difficulty’s with the headphones at first with one headphone sounding louder than the other but I think that if you take that little circle like piece out the head phone when you take the earbud off it’s like a plastic circle thing Idek what to call it maybe a earwax blocker or something, that fixed my problem and I’ve been having nothing but the best sounds in my ear and the other thing which is kinda subjective but if you sweat a lot like myself you might find your self adjusting the headphone more than often to get that sealed sound your normally used to when you don’t sweat, also the touch controls on the headphones are extremely sensitive when moisture is present on your hands or the headphones itself but other than that I love ‘em just a couple things I think could be improved for such a high priced in ear headphone but love the sound quality top tier!!!!!!
