PREDICTIVE PROMPTS
After Coach responds, suggested follow-ups appear below the message as tappable prompts. Tap one and it sends immediately - no typing required. Prompts are generated by Coach based on the conversation and disappear if you return to the app hours later and the context has moved on.
PERFORMANCE HISTORY
Exercise detail pages now include a chart showing your estimated one-rep max and training volume over the last 30 days, 90 days, or past year.
