Obsessed - mental health game-changer
So excited about this release and the possibilities that come with it. I’m someone who tries to be acutely aware of her emotional state but it’s really hard to do just based on personal perception. Being able to pay more attention to my stress levels by using Sensie and using a research-backed methodology to measure my stress is such a game-changer. Just the act of measuring my stress and paying attention to it has worked wonders for me. “What gets measured gets managed.” IMO this is the most revolutionary development in the mental health space.
