Sentryx Mobile Workforce optimizes water utility resources and improves asset uptime. Integrated with Mueller’s cloud based Sentryx Water Intelligence Platform, the Sentryx Mobile Workforce application provides utilities with simple, intuitive work order management workflows. Near real-time updates keep field technicians informed of their latest work assignments. Field technicians claim and complete work orders directly from a mobile phone. No costly integration with third-party systems or hardware is required.

Field Technicians can perform standard maintenance tasks, including:
- Installation and swap operations on meters, bases, registers, and nodes
- Onsite meter diagnostics, and
- Remote connect and disconnect operations.

Industry leading application for utility professionals everywhere!

I’ve been thoroughly impressed throughout my time using the Sentryx mobile app. Not only does it provide everything I need to move quickly and efficiently through my workday but the integration with the Sentryx web app means I can get real time updates about my work. The Bluetooth pairing also means we could ditch handheld devices like a Trimble and do all my installs from the convenience of a smartphone. Highly recommend!
