Camera is actually a wonderful camera. Despite all the negative reviews. I purchased one about a year and a half ago and the 1080 picture comes in crystal clear. Also the night vision is better than the camera I spent $200 plus on. I am impressed with the overall functionality of it. it has held up impeccably through the two bitter cold Michigan winters I subjected it to. Up until recently I had zero issues or complaints. The camera stopped working (after two years). I contacted customer service who was extremely quick to answer my email. They must have a 24 hour customer service office because it was at an unusually late hour I reached out to them. They were way helpful and actually are sending me a replacement. They no longer make the model I had originally purchased so they are sending the upgraded version free of charge. Great company, look forward to doing business in the future! Thanks Septekon! Getting this app to work properly is a huge achievement. Every five or nine times a month I have to delete and install the app so the cameras can work. Despite having a good internet provider, problems with this system continue.

The app doesn’t stay logged in you have to keep logging back in each time then the video loads forever if it’s not hard wired recordings aren’t long enough no audio though it has a audio button customer service doesn’t have a number just an email so you can’t talk to anyone it gets a star due to picture quality at night and day time not enough options for settings in the app i wouldn’t pay for the cloud due to the disappointing function of the video in the app won’t connect to Alexa to show the video it’s paired but won’t ever connect keeps saying unavailable
