Has a variety of focused meditations for what you may be going through or just want to learn something fresh and new, and also has a short daily meditation to start your day and keep you aware and mindful of your body and what you may experience. Give it a try!!!

  • Amazing app for beginner

    I was trying to find the best and simple app to start meditating. I also checked competitors like Headspace and Insight timer, but this app: easy, simple, not a lot of distraction inside the app that help you stay focused on your goal. Thank you Serenity team, I’m glad I found you!

  • Simple and easy to use

    I’ve tried so many meditation apps and this is the first I feel like I can stick with. I love the simplicity of the app. It’s very straightforward with a clean UI. With other apps I felt overwhelmed by the amount of content or the way it was organized in the app to get to the content I was interested in. Because I’m new at meditation I really like that the guided mediations are helpful and also 10 min. Any more than 10 and I’d be too overwhelmed to try. They also offer mini mediations that are less than 5 min. I also love that they give you actual free content that’s useful. And for those of you who are tired of paying a subscription you’ll love (like i do) that you can choose to unlock everything with a one time payment. In the end I actually chose the very reasonably priced 6 month subscription to try out more of the sleep sections and stress relief sections. But if I stick with it I will definitely upgrade to the one time payment. This app made it easy for me to want to support by upgrading. Keep up the good work!

  • Foundation - Level 1: Great overview

    I just completed Level 1 - Foundation. It provides a very nice overview of basic meditation techniques, including focusing on breath, and body scan. I am not new to meditation, but I am struggling to incorporate it into my daily routine, which I have recently realized is very important to me. The short time (10-12 min) that each lesson takes is perfect for helping me to commit to a daily meditation practice. It’s just enough time to provide me with a centering experience and almost guarantee that I can complete a session in the morning before anyone in my family wakes, which is my preferred timing for meditation (and I don’t have to wake uncomfortably early to accomplish my goal). Thank you for this free level! It helps me to start my day in a positive way, despite the various challenges I am currently navigating in my life. I encourage anyone to try out Serenity, no matter where you are on the spectrum of meditation experience.

    The previous owner of this phone opted for AirPlay over AirDrop with his C2 settings. I see you can pay for the app if you allow for normal audio files to transfer through the hardware for C2 only also specifically. Yet you have a light mode dark mode selection in your settings which has meant the AirPlay can interrupt a meditation. Thereafter you have an employee whom has instigated an update concerning Weight Loss and it might be too legally extraneous for what you are attempting. Apple Health can eventually sue you for what is over this Deutch [German] grammar - concerning how they’ve been thinking their German is never archaiec Italian. Right now others seem to think French has the oldest grammar. Gnocchi never considered this so. Thai completed Italian grammar and then the public said it wasn’t Italian anymore.     Never before have I ever tried to meditate. I’ve always wanted to try it because i’ve heard so much about it and how it’s changed peoples lives for the better. I absolutely love this app and the way they break it down in stages and go step-by-step from beginners all the way to expert level. I’ve just started to use this app and I’m only in the beginner stage but it’s already helped me to concentrate more sleep better to clear my mind and get out of my head and my body. The way they break it down makes it easy for anyone to follow along and get to a place in your mind so you can achieve any problems that may arise. Looking forward to getting further into each stage and see where it takes me. Can’t say enough about this app it’s really starting to change my life. I highly recommend it!!!
