Keys to new world

I’ve collected the required keys to make it to the next world (noble world) yet it still won’t let me enter, I’ve been checking back for the past couple weeks now, and it hasn’t been fixed. Also the levels in the current world (Harmony Haven) still have glitches

Fun game, but bugs

Please fix this bug: Level 290 - I failed this level a couple times. Then all of a sudden, only one single person would come in. Obviously no way to pass the level. Yes I have left it on for long time, the clock ticking and just continue “waiting” forever. (That’s bug number 2: if not a timed level, why the clock ticks???). This is on latest iOS 17.5.1.

Now the good: it’s fun to play. Simple game not too complicated that’s why I like it to. Not too many dish/drink/combinations, just enough to make it a little challenging but not impossible.
The bad: There are levels however, don’t give you enough customers/requests to complete and you have to use gems to add more customers. For example, 25 likes: but all customer actions would only add up to 23 likes.

Game won’t load past 89%

As the title indicates, the game will not load past 89% for the past several days. I was really enjoying the game, was actually my favorite up until now. I have spent a decent amount of money on this game so I’m afraid of deleting the app, redownloading and then possibly losing everything. I don’t mind putting money into a game that works and I enjoy, however it is a bit annoying to put this much money and time into a game the won’t load. I would like either the game fixed, I do see from the reviews this isn’t an isolated incident, or my money refunded. I should’ve read the reviews before spending the money. I don’t know how you have a 4.1 score, maybe employees wrote reviews OR you got reviews from people before the inevitable glitch. I’d give 0 stars if I could but since I can’t 1 star it is, I will give more stars if deserved.
