Fantastic App, But Lost Some Minor Info With Most Recent Update

I love SermonAudio as an application, and I appreciate what they are doing for Christ’s church. It runs smoothly, is graphically pleasing, and is organized. You can find a lot of great sermons on it. I use it often to work through my church’s membership class recordings—and that’s where my problem lies with the most recent update. With the app’s most recent update, the information regarding what sermon’s I’ve listened to or not reset (I’m not entirely sure why—it could’ve been because of the update or because they signed me out). Either way, I was using the listened-to icons to keep track of how far through the membership class I was (it has taken me months to get through them, which is why the icons helped). Sure, in hindsight I recognize my method was fairly unreliable; however, after using this app for months (maybe even a year?), I just wasn’t expecting a change.

Still, I really appreciate what this app is doing and highly recommend it—I just wouldn’t solely rely on it to keep track of things. And, I would suggest to SermonAudio to make an adjustment to keep listened-to/not listened-to information despite updates and/or sign outs.

Wonderful content!

I have supported sermon audio for a number of years. I appreciate this new app, however wish it had the function of allowing selection of all Reformed Presbyterian Broadcasters for a universal focus on learning in one subject area. Thank you for the app itself and I look forward to future improvements.

I Just Didn’t Like It!

I know this 2.0 app was apparently the better application with an updated system, but for a better what? And I'm still not getting it.
I preferred the original as opposed to the newer version, I found it harder to navigate from one speaker to the next. The right-side sidebar of who's listening to which sermon or speaker was a real reference that connected with speakers whether familiar or not, I've learned much by just listening to what others are listening to.
As far as navigating smoothly from one speaker to another was too cumbersome. I was asked by the person in charge,’’ What would I suggest to improve my using the 2.0?” Frankly, I had no answers because I am not a webmaster, but I know when something doesn't work for me, I move on because the kinks should be obvious to the webmaster. Why ask me? Again, I move on to the more fertile ground.
