Serpentini Laser Wash is a “Touchless” wash system that does a fantastic job of cleaning your car without ever putting microscopic scratches in your paint like other brush or pad washes.
At Serpentini Laser Wash our vacuums are always free to use.
You never have to get out of your vehicle at Serpentini Laser wash, and if you use our convenient phone APP you never even have to touch the entry machine to select a wash. Drive up select the wash on your phone, drive in as directed, and leave with a clean dry vehicle with zero personal interaction with another human.

Beware of being charged extra sales tax
I was excited to try this touch-less payment system, no more paper receipts, no hanging out the window, just tap and go. Normally i get the $9 wash, so i picked that option, the process worked well at the wash. I got an email with my statement and to my surprise it was for 9.61. On further review, i was charged sales tax. I reached out to the sender of the email and was told he would look at in the morning at the office. Well that was the last i heard from serpentini in spite of 2 follow ups. I know its only 61 cents but its the prinicple, plus how many others is this happening to! The cents add up but for the benefit of serpentini. I have deleted the app

Terrible app
Adds tax verses cash and credit at wash
Monthly “wash club” is no deal, you’d have to do 6 washes a month to break even
No discounts or frequent customer deals
App developer has only 5 customers, app looks and feels like a kid developed it
Works as I expected.
Much better than touching a nasty kiosk, todays technology!
