The Service Finance mobile application allows registered dealers and their authorized agents the ability to securely apply for customer financing while on site 24/7. The secure application can be filled out quickly by leveraging some exclusive add-ons that allow it to capture demographic information by simply scanning the customer's driver's license. Agents will also be notified with an underwriting decision real-time on the device leveraging the device's native push notification system. Agents are also able to snap a photo and upload work orders and other stipulations leveraging the existing camera on the device. The app also allows the agent to provide a touch interface for the customer to easily sign their loan documents electronically. This grants the agent the ability to successfully complete all the required tasks before ever leaving the property, greatly reducing the processing time. The agent then has the ability to follow the progress of the request through all the steps and manage their individual pipeline real-time. The office administrator will be provided with access to the agent management dashboard upon successfully registering for and completing the training. This tool will allow the office administrator to grant and delete access to the mobile application.

Service Finance does not charge a fee for the use of its free mobile application. However, web access is required and third party message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for specific fees and charges. A supported mobile device is needed when using this application. Use of the Send Document Feature requires a supported camera-equipped device. During the installation you will be requested to trust certain features of the application, in doing so, you are allowing the application to use those features. Using the EZ Sign Portal feature redirects the user to Service Finance's secure url for easy execution of documents.

The app DOESN’T SCAN driving license HUGE PROBLEM WITH THE APP
We have called numerous time the technical service he has been brought to their attention over and over the application has an issue we cannot scan the driving license. We have tried over and over multiple time on different occasion. The problem doesn’t come from one person. It is multiple people different places and with different devices at multiple times and it’s been months. We have been calling service finance and nothing has been done. So far this is pushing us to use another application. It’s a big problem we use in-home sales and efficiency is the most important we are extremely affected by that, please fix this ASAP. We have been begging thank you. It’s been over six months that me and my team have been calling. Some people end buying a new iPad a new phone …still same problem. No one cares ….
Great App, but Needs DL Scanning Improvement
I really enjoy using this app. It's user-friendly, and I found it easy to understand and complete tasks. However, there's been an ongoing issue for over a year now that's affecting my entire team. We are unable to scan a driver's license to automatically input the necessary information.
Since I work in in-home sales, it's crucial to quickly fill in all the customer details when they agree to payments. Unfortunately, this app's inability to scan DLs has been causing delays and making the whole process less time-efficient. Punctuality is essential for us to stay on top of our appointments, and this glitch affects both my iPhone and other iPhones used by the team.
I hope the development team can prioritize addressing this issue as soon as possible. Overall, it's a great app, but improving the DL scanning functionality would significantly enhance its effectiveness for sales professionals like me.
Login details incorrect in this app
I have been paying using mobile site but i thought why not through their app? So i downloaded and added to my bills folder. But when i logged in, it doesn’t recognize my login credentials! I quadruple checked on my phone and literally typed each character for my user amd password and it went through using their mobile site but the app does NOT recognize it why???????? Super annoying!
