When Dan Schmidt, the owner first started out, his passion for providing restoration services and building a successful family-owned and operated business drove him to build a restoration service founded on Relationships, Service, and Quality work.

Dan with the help of his wife Kyra and two sons Dalton and Colton began expanding the company all over Minnesota and into multiple states. Service Restoration Inc now serves customers in 8 states with multiple locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Arkansas, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

In 2019, Service Restoration Inc moved from Shakopee Minnesota to a national headquarters in a larger facility located in Bloomington Minnesota. A complete remodel and upgrade was done to the facility converting it into a state-of-the-art restoration facility. The new facility has all the room needed for the companies operations and is now the only restoration service in Minnesota with a drying house and is currently in operation doing contents restoration for customers all over the country.
