Distribute jobs to field worker mobile devices

With the ServiceBridge mobile app, you can instantly distribute job and customer information to field workers, automatically inform your field workers of new assignments and changes to their schedules, and receive job updates made from the field. You can also access photos and signed documents, as well as capture payment information from the field.

Reduce office calls and simplify job costing

Through ServiceBridge, you can give field workers the option to create new work orders, estimates, and customers from their mobile devices. Field workers will also have the ability to lookup product and service pricing, quote a job, and email estimates directly to customers, making the process that much more smooth.

Find the fastest routes, save time and fuel

Travel route optimization is simple, as ServiceBridge displays the locations of all current daily assignments on an interactive map and allows you or your drivers to find the closest jobs and avoid traffic. The app also provides voice-guided turn-by-turn driving directions to the job site.

With ServiceBridge, keeping a record of equipment installed at your job locations as well as maintenance history is easy, and that record is accessible from anywhere. Could be so much better

Constantly hangs up and requires a restart often leading to days before pictures are uploaded and an actual sync can take place. Trying to use this app every day on the job and then later at my desk to finalize paperwork has so frustrated me I often do not complete my work on time. The only real fix is to purge the database. Bit beware you could loose data from days past that was not synced

Please fix to work in dark mode for iPhone

A good solid app that I have been using for 3 years now. That said, iOS 13 introduced dark mode and I love that. And at first the previous version of ServiceBridge worked with it. The display was still normal, but that was fine; I could use it. Now with the recent update the display is difficult to read and I have to switch out of dark mode to do any work in ServiceBridge. It’s a little bit of a hassle. It’s the only app on my phone, out of dozens, that I have to do that for. If ServiceBridge could just put it back how it was that would be great. Even better if they can get it to actually work in dark mode.

Great for my small business

I have used ServiceBridge since July 2017. While I had some issues getting up and running, it was largely because I was using a new system and needed to learn the ins and outs of the platform.

I love this field service app because I can create, update and close out any work order that has been assigned to my staff in real time. I can view on the job photos while my techs are onsite. I can move jobs from one tech to another very easily when a tech gets delayed and another tech has an opening.

The support staff has done well to help me when I have questions. Most of the time I realize I would have found the answer had I perused the Help Center.

Bottom line, I made the move from our old system (paper files, stacks of notes, etc) to ServiceBridge and I will never look back. This app has streamlined my Service Coordination! I can use the app and login into the web based platform.
