Great app

App is great and helps make the request submission process faster and easier except the attachment feature stopped working on my app. It allows me to attach pictures and documents not once opens, they do not show up.

MSP Instance no longer supported

My company runs an MSP and we use ServiceDesk Plus MSP Cloud. We were able to use this app to respond and update requests for our customers until about a month ago. Now we get a message saying MSP is not supported by the app. When we contacted support we were told they are working on a separate app for MSP. Not sure why you would when this app worked until recently.

Need CMDB Access

Has all the basic features needed except one, CMDB. There is access to Assets but not configuration data which is needed when in the field. When will this be added to the mobile app?
