Manage your Service Desk field site visits, tickets and customers easily from the MAX Service Desk Mobile application. Connect the mobile application to your MAX Service Desk account, which can be setup from your RemoteManagement dashboard, and remotely access and update your customer issues, tasks and your site visit work such as comments, time logging, mileage tracking and costs.

Features in MAX Service Desk Mobile include:-

- Schedule your filed site visits with GPS coordination, mileage and time tracking (Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.).
- Manage, filter and update your support tickets remotely.
- Sign off tickets with digital signatures and add photos to ticket comments.

Very Limited Functionality

I was very excited when this app first came out because I spend a lot of time on my phone. I've only been able to use this app as a way to look up customer information though. I can't make any tickets because the app won't let me pick the correct ticket queue. I've tried emailing support but they don't have a clue what is going on with the app.


Can we get notifications?

I love using this for work but why doesn't this app have notifications? It would be great to be notified when a new ticket arrives.

1 year since last update - and this?

We waited a whole year for a single update, and when it finally comes, all we get is a minor fix to the site visits? POOR.

Support it, or end it!!!!!!!!!
