As ServiceWise is a professional ITSM solution from TechExcel, it allows you to access your ServiceWise account to help you be as productive on the go as you are in the office. You will have the absolute freedom to work on your favorite devices from wherever you are. Sending pictures/files; Assigning/reviewing/managing tasks; Contacting clients/colleagues, it works exactly the same as you do them on desktops but just easier.
This version of ServiceWise App requires the ServiceWise Server of 10.0 and above.
Install Instruction:
1. Install MyServiceWise API on the server.
2. Enter server URL at the login page: http(s)://FULL_URL/myswapi
