Introducing a Home Delivered Meals / Meals on Wheels mobile application for volunteer and paid drivers. Designed by and supported by Accessible Solutions, to integrate seamlessly and exclusively with ServTracker.

This application gives you the ability to:

* Eliminate paper
* Simplify driver directions with integrated mapping
* View delivery details
* Capture client and driver signatures.
* Tracks changes in clients conditions during the delivery
* Confirm deliveries real-time along with GPS coordinates.
* Capture extra meal deliveries that client wasn't scheduled to receive.
* Operates without live data connection for interruptions in service.
* Automate upload of delivery details back into ServTracker with a click of a button.

Fully integrates to dashboard solution for real time viewing of driver delivery details and location.

Application will not be operable without licensing initiated from Accessible Solutions/ServTracker customer.

What’s New

Version 5.0.98

1. New Map view

- Available via the "Map" button at the top of the Route List screen.
- Shows a pin for each stop: green for Delivered, red for No Service, blue for not yet delivered.
- Tap the pin to see the name and address. If the full address is not displayed, tap the displayed name/address to see the full address.
- The small circle indicates the driver's current location.
- Tap the arrow in the lower right to re-center on the driver's location.
- Serious traffic conditions will display show as red or yellow lines on roads where available.


2. Unread Chat indicator

If there are unread chat messages, a red dot will be shown on the Chat button at the top of the screen.


3. Meal Counts and Quantities are now correctly displayed for meal packs (to match the route sheet)
This fixes an issue when the count for the Meal Type in setup is > 1.


4. Diet Restrictions are now displayed on the stop's detail screen where any are present.
This can be turned on or off in Setup > Home Meals > Mobile App.


5. The Client Category field is now displayed on the stop's detail screen where it contains data.
This can be turned on or off in Setup > Home Meals > Mobile App.


6. The "Return to Office" button directions now contain the location that was utilized for the return in the service unit mapping screen.


7. Users now have the option of choosing whether the device remembers the Name, Contact Number, and/or Route Code on the login screen.
This is set on the Settings screen.


8. The Driver Comments field now cannot exceed the maximum number of 510 characters.



9. Several small internal bugs have been fixed.

Nice but could be much better.

I am a driver for Meals on Wheels. Actually, a substitute driver, but i often drive 2 or 3 days per week when I am in town. So, as a sub, you have to do many different routes. This app is great when you are not familiar with the route and need directions. Where I feel it could be much better is in the Menu/meal, drink, and salad. There is so much to read through. A lot of unnecessary words which slows you down and can even confuse you. There should be about 3 things at the top.. Example : Main Meal ; hot, cold , frozen.. Salad: Regular, Dash, and Soft. Drink : Milk. . This would help me tremendously . I tried to give this feedback to my program manager but she really didn't seem interested. I am hoping someone will consider this and check with other drivers about possible shortening the verbiage on the app and only including necessary information... Thanks for listening.

Tempramental at times

I’ve been delivering for Meals on Wheels for several months. The map link is very useful in finding addresses on routes I have not driven before. The app also provides up to date contact information for the clients and allows me to record which clients received their meals. I would have given this app 5 stars but lately sometimes the app fails to record which meals have been delivered. I have learned that I am not the only one at our center experiencing this issue.

We are using this app as the sole documentation for delivery to 1500+ clients each week. This allows us the flexibility to send information to volunteers anywhere, as well as record all the information from their successful and non-successful deliveries. More importantly than that, this allows a direct connection to our central office for all of the information, including the results of welfare checks on our clients at a every delivery. Developer has been very responsive when we have encountered difficulties, ensuring those were resolved and the app was performing as needed. Highly recommend!
