WHAT IS A SESH?

Each Sesh is a 60-minute online group support session, led by an experienced facilitator. Each session has a maximum of 14 participants. Session topics vary but can include:

• Embracing Body Positivity
• Coping with Depression
• Relationship Support
• Art, Music & Movement-based modalities
• Pregnancy and Postpartum support
• Stress Reduction for Professionals

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Browse the schedule within the app to select a session of personal interest. Once registered, you will receive instructions and guidelines on how to access your secure, video-enabled session. Group support is uniquely beneficial in that you may attend a session to share, to listen to peers, or both - often finding new and helpful perspectives and community.
Subscription pricing and terms:
All members receive a two-week free trial upon sign-up. Sesh offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $60/month to provide you with unlimited access to Sesh support sessions while you maintain an active subscription.

So much easier not having to search for therapists on my own
It’s always been a pain for me to find the right therapist (would have to try a few out) AND also not burn a hole in my pocket. Sesh is great where all the therapists are curated for different groups and are good at what they do. These sessions have helped make my days better.
