Was able to fix my issues by reinstalling the app

Promised items during SevenHugs kickstarter launch are still no where to be found. Their focus is on selling instead of delivering features which I understand.

Somewhere in between uses my ability to add any new devices wouldn’t work. Reinstalling the app fixed this.

Decent product but not happy with the progression.

Exactly what I hoped for. It was pretty quick to set up, and easy. I was over the moon when it was able to recognize my ancient Sony amp, which I bought secondhand and never got a remote for, I can finally be my lazy self and control my stereo from my couch.
It easily found my Phillips smartbulbs, Xbox, and tv as well.

It didn’t seem to have anything PlayStation-wise besides the PS2, so that was disappointing, but I remain hopeful since it’s still in its early days, not to mention I don’t have much use for a remote for my PlayStation.

My only true complaints, and reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is,
1. that I, like most people, have most of my “remote-able” equipment located directly under my tv. This causes problems for the “Point Mode” where you point the remote at the device you want to control because it isn’t quite precise enough to recognize the different things under the tv. This was somewhat remedied by creating locations slightly off from their actual location, but still is a bit finicky.
2. The remote should have a “display all” menu option for viewing the different devices you have connected. The “carousel” interface is a bit cumbersome when you have so many bulbs and devices connected.

Beyond that, it’s awesome!!

(It’s important to note that the remote is still in its infancy and therefore not at its full power yet. Buyer beware of this when considering!)

Disappointing CX

Has potential and I look forward to future software updates, but seriously limited at this point. Absurdly difficult to add, remove, and especially rearrange buttons. After spending a lot of time customizing the screens for my TV, I had to reset to default because it got to the point where the app crashed any time I tried to make further edits to the screens. No ability to add icons to buttons. Buttons too limited - for example, no option for a +/- beyond VOL and CH (e.g., my JBL remote has a +/- for bass which I can’t reproduce the way I’d like to). No way to add to a TV Scene that it turn on my JBL sound bar - it turns it off, but doesn’t turn it back on, that makes no sense. I don’t actually mind the lack of voice capability, but given the limited ability to customize buttons and bugs right now, I think I’m better off using my Fire TV Cube or Logitech Harmony for now.
