So your app now has this coin system that undermines the premium feature so you can no longer instantly chat. This is a bad idea for your business. You’re indirectly bringing down the sales of coins and premium at the same time. You should make it to where with premium you can send unlimited invites and the games start instantly. It’s also hard to see the invites you’ve received with tiny button and it glitches out frequently. I suggest removing the accepting invite button entirely though I don’t know what the replacement shall be.

I absolutely love being able to see all that are single and available but you have to pay to see messages or even send messages. Which is typical for any dating site but without unconditional feminine companionship life is not worth living. This is gift of modern technology for a married man or woman like myself with a realization that marriage is a true sacrifice of surprising however seeking soulmates, twin mates, love mates whatever on calls is also our birthright. I am love with the sacred idea behind this app and hope for expected accomplishments. Online dating can be fraught with danger, the fraudulent profiles, the scammers, but once you weed those out & find the ones that are truly there for the same reasons you are then it isn't all that bad. Very low bar for singles to meet. Lots of unattractive men and few women expecting casual sex. Not bad at same time not very good for a longer usage in terms of security as I find many fake profiles being intruded and dump people for money and other stuff in the name of dating. Though majority could be genuine customers I feel the company should look into finding those people who just come there to ruin others happiness initially by Luring and then doing all sought of fake things. . I know they need to make money but there could be more free options. On the other hand I really enjoy the profile aspects it has currently and the choices I get. I appreciated this during quarantine! Staying safe is important.

The pop up to block is triggered WAYWAY too easily, and with friends that we’ve mutually favorited! I can’t tell how many times I’ve had a convo just mysteriously delete and block, but I see similar triggers and have accidentally blocked people before, too, which is a hassle to go find and unblock them. I think a lot of people don’t even know how to unblock which makes it a permanent loss of contact. But a single word can trigger it, other times it WON’T trigger, so it’s all very random and arbitrary.

Please disable the block pop up for people who are in each other’s favorites list! Why would they suddenly need a “helpful”blocking? You go through steps, unfavorite, delete invite, then block. For new conversations with people who aren’t favorites, fine, leave it in place to stop the scammers who sell.
