This app has made some great improvements from when it first came out. I would love to see the budget tracker updated as it’s not very user friendly and no real guidance on how to use it. The picture checks were a great update and really enjoy being able to see balance at a glance without having to log in.
Consistently on Fleek
Honestly, institutions, banks, companies, and government are not my ideal people to deal with, ever. SFCU is different, they treat you like your one of them, I have yet to date over 8 years and about every branch location and have not had bad service once. I’ll leave the day I do but wow, impressive track record, excellent service, started a business bank account with them as well and they were as excited as us to start our new company! Hands down the best business model, service, and people to help and to work with you that you could ask for. This is your next credit union, you just haven’t had the pleasure yet.
Problems
It’s an enjoyable app to work with but at times it has its problems with the security questions. For example it seems when I am not in my local home town and try to access my account it ask me security questions that I didn’t answer for my account. Then you get locked out!
