The content makes SO much sense. Unfortunately, certain sections come with a space to write a reflection and I cannot access the start button to begin writing. The hold and drag feature doesn’t have enough space to move the page up enough to gain access to reflect. If I can’t figure out why, this will cause me to have to forgo the 30 Day program.

This app is amazing! An absolute journey starting from identifying to discovery and then integrating into a daily practice. I recommend the Mental Cleanse to anybody because anybody can do it. The mind is a powerful gift and this app taught me more about how to use it to find and love myself. Please download and start your own journey.

This shadow work app is something everyone should have in their phone. There are videos , stories, messages of encouragement! This app is full of questions to ask your shadow self for more innerstanding and insight.

I’ve invested a lot of time and money over the last 6 years to heal. This app by far has been the most profound experience hands down!
