Shadowscapes Tarot 12+

This is a wonderful oracle deck. I bought it for the gorgeous artwork. The images are not only relevant and thoughtful, but of surpassing beauty. The commentaries on the cards are poetic and philosophical. Occasionally (especially with the minors) there doesn't seem to be an oracle meaning, per se. But one can always find beauty in the writing, and additional meaning in the image, and even by consulting the meaning in another deck (such as Steampunk Tarot by the same company, and one of the same authors).

This deck has many spreads (as do all the apps from this company). But my favorite is unique to this deck: Balancing Act. It's been helpful already, I will continue to use it in the future.

The app design is fantastic - as always with this company. You can see the entire spread, and many other views, the entire book is contained in the app... Perfect!

I was very skeptical of Tarot apps and disappointed that most require in-app purchases. I was very happy to find this one because I knew the artist's work and because the entire app package was one purchase. I love the journal feature that saves all my readings. I have found that I have a more difficult time interpreting the readings from this deck than I do with physical cards. But, that could also be the deck itself. I highly recommend it for those looking for a complete one-time purchase Tarot app.

One of my favorite decks. It's magical and feels so light...I Love all the details that go into the cards creating layer on layer of magic and also giving more and more things for me to be able to read into. I also really enjoy her interpretations...they aren't far out there, but they're not your basic standard interpretations either. A Light deck with a lot of feel...could be used by either a beginner or an adept (this was my first Tarot deck and still a favorite).
