Shady Pines Radio is a homegrown community radio station based in Portland, Oregon, transmitting 24/7 on the worldwide interwebs. SPR offers up a diverse array of original programming personally curated by real live DJ’s and hosts. Our mission is to provide a fun, diverse, and accessible platform for our creative community. It’s an engaging and interactive way to tap into the music and arts scene emanating from Portland, the greater PNW area, and beyond. The app is super easy. Albums, tracks and artwork are all right on the simple player. You can tap into live chat and talk directly with the DJ and other listeners.

This app is easy to use, and the content on the station is a fantastic amalgamation of some of Portland’s creative scene. When the lockdowns started in 2020, the Shady Pines crew knew it was time to lead the way into a new era of connections. Through this app and the programming on it, they’ve managed to keep the art alive and the community connected in ways once only dreamt of.
