Shape is super helpful!

Shape is kinda like the Strava of daily lifting, it helps keep track of progress, but also helps remind you to workout every day on a schedule you choose.

As someone who mostly depends on a combination of my and my personal trainer's memory of progress and gains, I feel like this app can help us both track progress over months and maybe years!

Data driven exercise tracking can help a lot on the long-term, and I don't know of another app doing what Shape does - esp as well as it does!

A Great App for Tracking Improvements

As an old school notebook tracker, I have really enjoyed using the Shape app to track my workouts and progress. It provides an easy way to see overall volume as your training progresses, along with weight suggestions to help improve.

I also like the suggested workouts for the days that I don’t want to think about what to program and just get a great workout in.

There are areas that can be improved, like most apps, but the team is genuinely interested in making the best app they can and making improvements wherever they can. It’s a great app now, and with some improvements could be even better!

Get Your Shape Up

Shape is a very intuitive fitness app that doesn’t bog you down in details when not needed but is to the point. Already one of the top fitness apps, if they add preprogrammed workout and the ability to track personal details (weight, bf%, measurements) it will quickly become THE best!
