Terrible
The categories are completely wrong. You click on Health and Beauty and you get 485 appliances that you can buy at any shop anywhere else. Pointless app. You’ll notice that all the rave reviews are from over two years ago, presumably when the store asked their friends and family to rate this useless app. “Unlike any other app!” Seriously? Why don’t you make a decent app, then you won’t have to pay people to leave you reviews.
Customer Service
Bad customer service, delayed response and very very unhelpful. You might need to hire new employees or at least train them.
I had an issue where i couldn’t sign into my account and I asked them multiple times about the issue they always dodge the question and ask me if i need help with offers.
