SHARE is a new way to schedule the rides you take the most. Download this app for riders to create an account. Schedule your ride in advance and choose where you are starting, where you are going, and when you need to arrive. Choose whether you want to schedule a round-trip or a one-way ride. Book one trip or a month of scheduled rides. The more you ride, the more you save.
SHARE is a lot like other ride-sharing services, but we operate differently and cost a whole lot less when you schedule your rides. SHARE drivers are W2 employees and we use a new fleet of connected vehicles. SHARE uses smart routes that connect you with other riders going the same way at the same time. You only pay for the rides you take and you can cancel rides up to 12 hours in advance through the app.
SHARE drivers are professional, background checked, and trained to provide reliable and consistent service to our riders.
For participating employers, SHARE rides are an eligible pre-tax transit pass benefit.
For Parents and Caregivers:
If you are downloading the Ride with SHARE Microtransit app to manage a profile for a senior or child, you will be able to manage your rides, track vehicles in real-time and pay for rides through the SHARE app.

Good start. Could be better
Hey. Love the service! You could improve the app experience. I’m a rider with one of your corporate customers. We have specific routes and designated drop off/pickup stops.
My issue is encountered when I am NOT using the FIRST stop on a route - the app gives no indication if the driver is really on the way or running late. The app only gives me information when the Driver is actually on the way to my stop. If the stops are close together these notices are pretty useless by the time I get them.
If would be a great improvement if your end users could at least optionally get route updates sooner. Perhaps at N stops away, or even for the whole route. We’d be happier knowing that you are headed our way, not so much need to call the driver and distracting them when there are delays.
