Love it!

As an avid diver and shark enthusiast I really enjoy the app. Sharks get a really bad reputation as being some sort of monster that does nothing but lay in wait for a hapless human to devour and nothing could be farther from the truth. I know this to be fact because I have spent time in te water with them so I base my ideas on fact not hear say. People really don't understand just how important these fish are to the overall well being of the oceans balance. Overfishing and shark finning are barbaric practices. How would you like it if someone cut off your arms and legs and threw you in the water to drown alive. That is exactly what shark dinners do. It's disgusting. Enjoy these creatures for what they are an apex ocean predator and mourn for the day when they are all gone because of the stupidity and intolerance of mankind. Ban anyone or any business that contributes to their demise and hope that one day we as humans will smarten up before all species of sharks are wiped off the planet forever. What a shame and disgrace that day will be. But as humans that's what we are best at is waste and destruction. I truly hope we realize what we are doing before it's too late. By the way around 30,000 sharks have been killed in the time it took you to read this.

Fun and informative

This is a really cool app for people who love sharks, are interested in sharks, or just happen to live near sharks. You can play games, learn about shark sightings and incidents, and check out beaches you might be heading to. The organization is also great for the conservation work they do. Sharks are amazing animals and SharkBytes helps support education and preservation for sharks and shark enthusiasts. Highly recommend the app and org.

I have always been fascinated by sharks but afraid of them.. Since getting this app I have learned a great deal more about them and have gained a respect for them. My family goes down to cape cod every year, now I can know which beaches are safe to go to🙂. Would definitely recommend! Made me love sharks a little more!
