We come to Sheraton Vistana Resort once a year for our get away vacation, to relax, refresh, visit Disney Springs and even go to a park now and then.

App is trash. Get an email to check in. I download yesterday another app (because why put it all on the Marriott app), have to create another user name and password, and then when I try to search the reservation, the app won’t let me tap into the fields (such as last name and confirmation number) required to even add the stay to check in.

Love this place! Would highly rec to anyone! Friendly staff. Easy access. Walking distance anywhere. Lovely pools. Plenty of seating at pool and eateries.

I just downloaded the app in preparation for our upcoming stay. I cannot get registered. Anytime it say it will send a code/link to my phone number, nothing comes through. And yes, I have verified my phone number is correct.So, I cannot make an account and/or login.
