Bonjour! Did you know Sherpa was available in multiple countries? We're seeing more prospects and influencers with addresses and phone numbers outside our original service areas -- so we've expanded! You can create prospects, influencers, and outreach contacts with addresses in the following countries now: France, Italy, Ireland, and South Africa. This is in addition to the US, Canada, and UK. Arrivederci!

With Sherpa 1.15, we had to do a little cleanup behind the scenes. You shouldn't see anything different.

With Sherpa 1.14, we've done some maintenance on the app and fixed a few small bugs, including: Editing sales journal entries and completing tasks Improving the layout of the custom fields tab to avoid cutting off text Outreach company duplicate check

With Sherpa Mobile v1.13, you can now view and manage the inquiries related to your prospects! Just as within Sherpa CRM Web, you will find a new "Marketing" tab in each Prospect profile. Here you can view, add, update, or remove inquiries affiliated with the prospect - providing a complete timeline of where and when the prospect has inquired in your communities.

We have updated Sherpa Mobile such that your session will now expire after 1 hour of inactivity. Previously this would expire after 1 hour, regardless of whether you were active in the app.

With Sherpa Mobile v1.11 we have made management and insight into the contact consent much more intuitive for Prospects, Influencers, and Outreach Contacts. More specifically, you will now see a 'Consent' tab in each profile where you can manage this consent, as well as now view the complete history of changes to the Prospect, Influencer, or Outreach Contact consent. And within the main summary tabs of each profile, the consent checkboxes have been removed, replaced by visual indicators if any consent is not provided.

Sherpa mobile v1.10 coordinates updates released within our Web platform to standardize how phone numbers are managed throughout the platform. Within Prospects, Influencers, Outreach Contacts, and Outreach Companies, you will find a consistent set of fields and functionality as it relates to the creation, update, and display of phone numbers.

With Sherpa mobile v1.9.2, we have included a number of updates to address minor user experience improvements as well as some of those "undocumented features" (bugs).

With Sherpa mobile v1.9 we are bringing Sherpa notifications to your mobile devices! Now in the app you have access to the following: * Notifications Center - select the bell icon in the upper-right portion of the screen to access a list of all your recent and dismissed notifications. Select one to navigate to the associated prospect profile, Base Camp, etc. * Push Notifications - upon installation / upgrade, you will be prompted to accept notifications from Sherpa. Once you accept, we will send notifications to your device so that you are aware of key events, even when you are not signed into Sherpa! Select one to be navigated to the associated screen. * In App Notifications - if a notification is triggered while you are presently in the Sherpa mobile app, this will be displayed as a banner at the top of the screen. Tap this banner to be navigated to the associated screen. Note that if you wish to disable this banner notification, you can do so within the Settings screen of the mobile app.

With v1.8.1.1 we have corrected a minor issue in which tabs/sections of a prospect profile were not displayed initially upon access of that prospect (required you to scroll down to reveal these navigation tabs). With this update, the navigation tabs will be displayed immediately by default - as was the case prior to our 1.8.1 release.

v1.8.1 of Sherpa mobile accompanies the launch of our new support for Re-Inquiry Management in Sherpa CRM Web. More specifically as it relates to the Sherpa mobile app, the only changes you will notice are that additional inquiries can no longer be added when creating or editing a prospect. Similarly, all inquiry information will be displayed in a read-only manner when editing an existing prospect profile. To modify any prospect or patient inquiries, please do so within the new Marketing tab of the prospect/patient profile within Sherpa Web.

With Sherpa mobile v1.8, we have included several minor improvements and fixes related to the existing Settings page and functionality related to our optional 'password-free' secure authentication.

Sherpa Mobile v1.7.1 contains a number of minor issue fixes/resolutions as well as updates to our display. These include addressing a few issues related to our recently released optional 'Password-Free' authentication (along with the ability to enable/disable this option from the Settings screen), as well as updates to more clearly display inquiry source information for transferred/shared prospects. In addition, the 'discovery' links associated with both prospects and influencers have been updated to correct minor issues in both their display as well as actual links.

With v1.7.0, all prospect, patient, contact, and influencer profiles will make available 4 standard contact consent fields: Phone, Text, Email, and Mail. These will allow you to manage contact consent in a more granular fashion. Any and all changes to these consent options will be tracked for historical purposes and can be exported from the Sherpa Web client as needed for audit/regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR). Please also note that for US and Canada based communities, these consent options will be default opt-in (selected) for all new prospects, etc. And for UK/EU based communities, the consent options will be default opt-out (de-selected) in order to align with GDPR.

With Sherpa mobile v1.6 we are introducing a new secure 'password-free' option to sign into the app. Simply enable the "Password-free Email Link" option on the sign in screen and enter your Sherpa account email address. We will send you an email containing a secure link to sign into Sherpa mobile without the need to enter further information. Please note this will work for companies that have enabled SSO with Sherpa, but not for those that have enabled multi-factor authentication (MFA).

v1.5.1 of Sherpa mobile resolves an issue that may result in an inability to sign into the app via iPhone or iPad devices.

With v1.5 we are providing additional configurations and formatting that will allow our UK-based customers to leverage Sherpa CRM mobile! This includes defaulting the country code for phone numbers when creating prospects and contacts, address fields, dates, unit rates, terminology/labels, and much more. In addition, we have included additional Base Camp filter options - including the ability to filter activities by date as well as your assigned activities versus those for your team.

With v1.4.1, we are providing updates that will resolve several minor issues related to the display and configuration of inquiry sources within prospect profiles. We are additionally resolving a minor issue related to the saving and display of start/end times in your journal entry next steps.

With Sherpa mobile v1.4, we have updated (and improved) the experience when selecting an inquiry source for your prospects. Now upon making your selection, we will automatically present you with the associated marketing campaign. Note that this is closely associated with the Sherpa CRM (Web) marketing campaign updates launch.
