Shidduch View - Video Date App 17+

This is the only app review I ever made because it’s the only one that deserves one. There is no other app on any app store on any planet that doesn’t care about your money like this; rather they truly care for you to try matching you with a potential soulmate, often reaching out after you’ve already used your daily limit. All because they truly care from the core of their hearts. Amazing! Their work is blessing-worthy.

There is NO customer service. Emailed several times with questions and no response. Once you create the profile, there is no way to edit it... or delete it. If you are not online, waiting, before the time they set- which changed in the week that I was using the app- you don’t get connected. So if you log on at 8:30, you don’t get a “date”. And even if you do log on in time, sometimes you don’t get a date. There is no way to know the demographics of the users as it is for anyone over 17. And again, there is no way to access your profile to make changes. Was a great idea and if they had customer service that responded would probably be fine. But they don’t.

I had previously rated them 2 stars. I retract that rating, and am now rating them 5 stars.
They personally called me, and set me up with a 1 in a million (billion?) girl!! Things are going well so far. Their personal touch is amazing! They actually care, and do this for the chessed. The money is a secondary concern to them. Highly recommend!!
