QUICK AND EASY BOOKINGS
Through the app, enter in details about your four-legged family member(s), submit a service request, and sit back and relax as available caregivers accept your request. You can then review your caregiver matches for the service and book the best one for you and yours!
PEACE OF MIND
At Shinyu, we approve less than 10% of potential caregivers. We only accept providers who we would trust with our own pets! Our goal is to take the stress out of leaving your furry best friend with someone new. Frequent status updates and convenient messaging ensure you are always in close contact with your caregiver. And with Shinyu’s best-in-class app, you can see exactly where your pet will be sleeping, playing, when they eat, take bathroom breaks, and much more!

Note: Shinyu uses location information in the background for tracking active services. Continuous use of GPS in the background can significantly decrease battery life.

I’ve used so many dog walking apps
I’ve tried Wag, Rover, all of them and this is the best one by far. I have some horror stories with questionable walkers & sitters for my dog (who leaves your back door open all day bc they “forgot”???) so I feel a lot better knowing that my walkers are vetted.
It’s also super easy to use which is a big plus. Even my dad has used it for his dog - which says a lot because he can barely google something on his phone.
Won’t go back to the other apps! Shinyu is my go to from now on.
Fantastic Personalized Service
I have worked with the Shinyu folks for a while and consistently get fantastic service and support from them. They are easy to contact and the dog walkers are top notch! Can’t wait to keep using them!
Great app that’s easy to use
Really enjoy how easy Shinyu makes it to find and book a local dog walker. The interface makes sense and is easy to use, and the GPS and Shinyu View features take all the stress out of using an app to book a walk for my dog!
