Please note: Only CSX customers with valid login credentials for ShipCSX will have access to the features on the ShipCSX mobile application.

The ShipCSX mobile application provides customers anywhere/anytime access to updates on the status of their rail shipments from an iPhone. Customers can retrieve up-to-date information about their shipments using Trace by equipment, Trace by location, and Train Trace, or send information to CSX using the Inventory Management Switch Request features.

ShipCSX mobile allows trucking company customers to enter information about freight to be dropped and picked up at the CSX terminals through the XGate part of the application, providing a more efficient experience at the terminals.

ShipCSX Mobile is designed with our supply-chain and logistics conscious business customers in mind. For security reasons, only authenticated CSX customers can access shipment information through the application.

Needs fixed!!

I have apple 14 pro and this app continues to freeze up- say I’m in motion when I’m NOT- and I constantly have to delete it and add it back to my phone, I have to log in again- to get in Railyard- then again when I’m inside of Railyard to pick up load- then AGAIN to get out of railyard. That’s ALOT of deleting/adding/logging back In and TIME!!! Please please please fix this- no one should have to deal with this on a daily basis several times a day!!!!!!

So much better

This new app overhaul makes using this app so much easier. It’s nearly flawless. My only complaint is the motion detection. I’ll be parked and be locked out because it thinks I’m moving and I have to wait a couple minutes for it to reset.

Horrible update

I had to reset my password and after logging in once, I lost access to my account. Luckily I was able to pickup my load but what will happen when I need to return to the rail later?
