Pretty useless

I love ShipStation on my MacBook and have been using it for 11 years. But this app is pretty much useless.

The most common reason I’d want to look up an order on my phone would be to check tracking when a customer emails and asks where their package is. If you’re lucky enough to pull up an order by searching with order number (50% of the time I get an error message), you cannot just click on tracking number to track. And you can’t cut and paste it in your browser even. You have to write down the tracking then type it in in your browser.

Also, when searching for an order by order number, usually the results are a bunch of orders! So you have to scroll through them to find the correct one.

Maybe I am the crazy one for continuing to use this app! I keep hoping it will work properly, but it rarely does. So frustrating.

Thanks for the review! To copy a tracking number, go to the "Shipments" tab and tap on the clipboard icon, or you can tap on the tracking number and also go directly to the carrier's tracking page. additional charges for almost every package

paypal decided to pair up with shipstation so i was forced to use this, and i hate it lol
you guys decided to charge me an additional $10 for two packages that were successfully delivered? one was a whole MONTH ago with no issues during shipment, and i wake up this morning seeing a label adjustment... ridiculous. same with another one that was only ONE OUNCE OFF at the post office and the post office didn't care. $10 was gone
absolutely wild that they think they can take $10 for whatever reason whenever they want for any package... never had this issue before with any packages using paypal's old shipping method and i've been doing this for four years. really sad that it's like this now

They keep canceling my account without reason

App works mediocre at best, but it works well enough most of the time. My issue is that my account, on auto pay for years, keeps getting canceled without reason, and I can’t even look at my payment/subscription info because I get stuck with the wheel of death. They will not provide a reason for why. Customer service isn’t helpful in a timely fashion. When you want to ship stuff on time, and have to run a business, it’s pretty frustrating to be told that your situation will be escalated, without any more information, and you have to wait by the computer to be available for their chatters. My account was reinstated, but I don’t know why it was canceled still, still probably happen again.
