I have ordered multiple times from this company. They take time to present quality product. Once I had placed a large order for my family. There was a small hiccup in the product line, but what really impressed me that Shobitum’s customer service was always responsive and truly cared about the relationship they developed with their customers. Diya, the customer service agent, researched the issue, and make sure that my order was delivered on time. My family loved the outfits!

The Saree collection is very unique with their own special design. Ethnic wear taken to the next level. Support was amazing. They now have an experience store in Bangalore which i highly recommend got everyone to check out.

Very unique sarees and am very lucky to have found them. Living abroad I can get blouses stitched expertly. Amazing customer service. The app is also good. I have noticed that sometimes there is a bug to unfavorite an item out of stock and for some saree the option to add blouses to the cart is not there. Ability to filter options need to be categorized better. I have 3-4 versions of a category such as kanji, KANJI, Kanji etc. this applies to jewelry also.
