My creative background

I’m that person who has random song ideas popping into my head all the time but zero clue what to do with them. Shoom has been such a fun way to finally bring some of those ideas to life! :microphone::drum_with_drumsticks::saxophone: I’ll just throw in a genre I’m feeling, like 90s rock or lo-fi beats and then add a few simple lyrics. in minutes it gives me something I can work with! it’s like a playground where I can just mess around and see what sticks. and the fact that I don’t need any musical training makes it even better! want to explore your musical side without pressure of being perfect and years of learning music theory? tryyy this app! ✨

Disappointing & more….

I was excited to try this app! AND I was willing to pay a subscription fee. (Which I did for one week.) But I’m going to save you the trouble….dont do it unless you just WANT to spend $$. Let me tell you why-bc on top of the subscription fee, which weekly it’s 6.99, I think. It might be more but it’s def not less than that. Anyway, on top of the fee, you have to BUY CREDITS. Don’t ask me what the subscription fee is for, bc if I have to buy credits to use the app what the heck am I paying for with the weekly fee?? Like I said, disappointing. Oh yea, they also don’t tell you that you have to buy credits until after you have subscribed. The whole situation was bad imo so much so that I don’t even have anything to say about the actual app except don’t get duped like I did. PS. Even with a paid subscription, it’s never a whole song. And it takes multiple credits for one song request. If it’s too expensive to maintain the app, why even make it? You guys need to pick a lane, charge a subscription fee or just sell the credits.

If you’re looking to create more, you also have the option to purchase additional credits separately. The subscription fee covers access to premium features and a weekly allocation of credits, while additional credits are there for those who may want to create songs beyond the weekly allowance. Forced slow down

I would write this 4 1/2 stars but even with the membership you’re limited to 10 songs a day without the option of even purchasing more credits. I’m fine with a subscription model where you can have a certain amount of songs within a certain period but what about people who want 12 songs in a week there’s no way to purchase extra credits outside of their subscription model which is limited to 10 a week. I mean audible will even let you purchase more credits to consume their material. I feel like this is frustrating purposefully because it would be an easy thing to implement. Let me purchase more credits so I don’t have to wait for my membership to renew. When you do this, I’ll give you five stars. I am a customer and I’m willing to give you more money, but it appears like you don’t want it.
