Good App - Gets the job done

Revising my review after Developer’s response as they explained how to use a notification feature I was not aware of & explained why some tournaments do not appear by state search due to event organizer not putting the tournaments location. I received their response on day of a tournament and the app’s notification worked flawlessly. 3 stars up to a 5 star review.

The only thing I wish is that the app itself could save my search result - being able to view the tournament &/or team’s schedule / results without having to search for it each time....maybe you can and I’m just not aware of how to do it? Anyhow, a good app, gets the job done.

POOR Customer Service

I have used this app a number of years to view schedules but this is the first time I have actually used it to schedule games for a tournament. I was confused about marketing and scheduling credits and used the chat function to get clarity. Whoever was responsible for the chat this day was absolutely horrible - used all caps to relay the message, ended the chat numerous time ls without resolution and overall customer service lacked horribly. There should also be a phone number as a contact.
