By seamlessly connecting Shoppers with Boxers (Personal Shoppers) based on shopping interests and geographical location, we make shopping around the world for ANYTHING you want possible. Whether you’re looking to buy limited edition items that won’t make it to your part of the world, or it’s something you saw a few months ago whilst travelling and cannot get out of your head, or products that you know are cheaper elsewhere, ShopandBox provides a platform to help give Shoppers a personalized and unique shopping experience.

Great service by great boxer from Japan.

The steps are indeed very long, but I had a wonderful experience ordering stuff from Japanese boxer. Fast response from the boxer, and he the process just went smoothly. A little feedback for the app, I don’t expect it to be as smooth as normal online shopping, but I think the steps can be simplified. The customer service done a great job too in responding my questions.

I’ve used all my google accounts I’ve signed in many times and it won’t send me an email! so I’m not able too use the app poorly made app.

Not as promising

Great concept but....they really know how to get you. The layout and format is professional, but depending on what you're looking for, the whole process can feel like forever. Instead of telling you that they can't find it, they keep you waiting and guessing. A couple of boxers weren't as helpful and never kept me updated, others passed my orders on to others. They have a refer a friend and get $10, but they need to pay the first invoice, and anytime that's paid you're locked in. On top of unforgiving fees they quickly tack on, what I did not like the most was how biased customer service was with their employees when you contact them. They made me feel like I had to understand and I was a drag and burden! That being said, no I will not pay $60+ for 1 small item (DHL is what they prefer and that shipping service can be shoddy). There's something shady about this that I'll take my business elsewhere.
