So far I’ve had no problem with the app. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the rewards need to be tracked and then verified. It takes way too long to get verified so that you can withdraw the funds most apps take up to 48 hours this one is like a month. The first few I did were verified with a couple days but now it’s taking longer and longer.

I followed the directions of the referral to buy something of $5. I purchased a game at eBay. Sadly to complete the $15 referral bonus. I received the $8 and was able to withdraw that. Sadly my game had a dry battery and I just added it as an extra to my shame collection. That’s my third dry battery. I taped the first one I got. The $15 wasn’t given for that after eBay confirmed after 30 days. So lately read the terms with laser vision and decided it might be cashback total. Right now for newbs it’s $15 purchase. I bought Disney hoping the $7 cashback is the thing. So I wait. I chicken out the 70% Temu thing a while back. It even ended up 100% yesterday. But spending $31 (only one seller I trust for legit)for my free labubu is bad for my money and the wait to be confirmed. So I decided $16 at another app for a confirmed was a better deal. Cough cyber deals. I grew more depressed over not getting anything so I decided to try a game before thanksgiving. I screamed in joy the levels were tracking. Except it stopped. I made a purchase. Not tracked as well and made it to the level for the $14 and no tracked. Well thanks. I got the rest tracking as today. Now it is the $14. Today was my 5th day but I completed it yesterday. It’s going to be two months total to see another $. I mean another month. As part of my join time.

I spent a few days playing games to earn the minimum amount. When I finally reached $5.74, I went to cash out. But, after putting in my details for PayPal, my request to cash out didn’t even go through. On my Lifetime earnings, it says I still have the same amount, but when I go to withdraw, it says I have no withdraw history and I have insufficient funds so I can’t withdraw. The only customer support is an AI chatbot who was literally no help at all. I want my money, please and thank you.

It’s astonishing that the basis of this app is for people to earn cash back. Luckily you have the option to earn multiple ways. However, the one area I would should is the survey option. You take all this time and energy by filling out surveys and when you complete it they’ll tell you the amount you’ve been compensated. On the compensation portion of the surveys it will tell you the amount you’ve earned on the last 30 days, but it will not show up on your pending cash back, which means you won’t receive it. Support will only apologize for the inconvenience but nothing to rectify it.

I’ve been using Shopbacl for almost a year now and I habe no problems with their tracking my cashbacks on online purchases. However, I recently realized that despite having multiple transactions online (making sure I used Shopback), almost 85% aren’t tracked.It was noted that “No purchases” were found, but upon checking, all my transactions were completed. The only way for the app to “retrack” it was during manual inputting of proof of completed transactions.Imagine the hassle of inputting (copy pasting Store ID, screenshotting transactions, tracking date & time of purchase) all these in the app, wherein it was done AUTOMATICALLY before.Such a hassle to work with right now.I hope improvements can be done to revert it back. If not, the least they can do is track the tore ID itself and just ask for a screenshot of completed transaction. If no improvements done, I’ll delete the app after withdrawing my pending cashback.

Most all of my searches, the top hits result in “sorry this product is no longer available“. The problem is that it is mini clicks before you finally come up to this page, and it wastes a lot of time. I hope the developer will correct this. If not that, then the price has changed - significantly increased (ie. From ฿1375 to ฿2319). Or if it is from a different country the price often very different.
