One of the best shopping apps
I ❤️❤️❤️the Shopbop app. I have been a customer for a long time and while they carry some of the best styles of women’s clothing at all price points they really out did themselves with the app. Here’s what I love - you can swipe and see all the photos within the scroll you don’t have to click through. I also like when you do click on it you can go back and it takes you right back where you were in the list. Check out is super easy. The only thing I would change is to not put a cap on my hearts 🤣 I have run out of space on that. 🤣
NEVER BUY HERE
After trying to buy 3 times something from your website and getting a confirmation order the 3 times, just to realize later that my order has Being canceled without giving me any notice I’m supremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism of your Website. The first time customer service told me I got something wrong in my credit card info... so they just blocked the purchase without giving me or my bank any notice. So I didn’t got my things that I specifically pid rushed since I needed them. The second 2 times I used a different card and doubled checked the info with 2 other people doing the purchase with me. Same history, I get the confirmation email but when checking in the app, the order is rejected... here it comes the best part: I call customer service and the person in the phone tells me: they are all in a meeting so they can not help you now....
It is hard to believe that you are a serious business after all my attempts to get something from your website. You have a terrible way of communicating with your clients, and a really slow and not competent customer service. After this terrible experience I’m just rating you 0 in every platform or review that I can find and telling all the people about this awful experience. I know maybe it’s not a lot, but reputation is something that you should definitely care, at least care more than what you care of customer experience.

Pop ups and redirects. No back button. 0 stars
Your app drives me crazy I’ll be browsing through a search I made, with filters and such, and all of a sudden one of your dumb pop-ups appears on the bar on the top of the page, which is so easy to click on by accident when you’re scrolling...so without fail it happens and then I can’t get back to where I was because there’s no back button, and I have to do my search all over again and find my place. It is unbelievably frustrating. I don’t want to see your Calvin Klein underwear sale!!!!! and I don’t want to look at your so called must-have’s!!! I want to continue browsing what I was browsing to shop for. Pop ups and advertisements are meant to drive customers on news sites etc to *your* website. I’m already there. Or you advertise your curated sales in a section of the home page. So poorly designed and difficult to use. I’m a loyalist who shops online all the time. Your app is annoying to use for other reasons but this problem is most glaring. FIX THIS!
