    This app was great and easy, very user-friendly interface, in general I’d scan while I was out doing regular grocery shopping and such anyway, and cash out close to the holidays to utilize for some extra special gifts. One of the things I loved about this app was that you actually got to choose how you got rewarded, with an option of cashing out for real cash not a gift card to a store. Apparently that is no longer a thing. I do think I won’t use this app as much anymore.

    Shop kicks is a great app to use, it easy to use such as scanning products in stores such as Walmart and Target. It gives you insight and updates to a lot of new items that are just hitting the market/ stores.The customer service team is really good too. When there is a problem or question about the site they respond in a quick and I think timely manner.

  • Good, but could be better

    This app is good at letting you rack up points to get gift cards but it could be better at the amount of “kicks” you get from each product. When I first started with the app, it was 100s of kicks for each product. Now it’s just 10 and 20. Not sure what happened, but maybe bump up those kicks back to the 100s and watch your app soar to new heights.

    I want to thank Daniel. After getting my account banned for not looking at the term and conditions for a couple of months. I contacted customer service to either take away my points to get my account reinstated or to delete my account, so I stop getting their emails. After talking to Daniel he allowed me to have my points and reinstated my account. So again, thank you Daniel. Lesson learned. When my wife and I have our “scavenger hunt” date, we’ll go to different parts of the store, so the computer doesn’t think it’s me alone with two different phones.

    I have used this app for years and it was so easy and great fun to earn rewards, but in the last 2-3 years it has become less fun and much harder to earn rewards. The amount of kicks available have greatly decreased. In the past walk in kicks were valued at 25 and above. Now they are rarely greater than 10, likewise the scan kicks are extremely low. It’s not fun to scan when you have to scan three times as many items and earn less kicks. The app appears to be going down

  • Not all accounts stay linked up.

    Points are earned much quicker than other alike apps. However, my Sam’s account will not stay linked up. I have reported this many times going through the screenshot process and have yet to receive the points for shopping on line with Sam’s Club. Again today I tried to link up my account again and it will not stayed linked up. Zero errors are displayed. I wish the help AI would direct you to an associate. Also there is not an area to recommend other retailers.
