A great time-saver!

Get instant access to your most-used files & folders. I got so tired of going to the finder and manually navigating to folders I frequently use. Now I can access them quickly and easily with a click on the menu bar, plus a click on the needed folder. The real kicker: while hovering over the chosen folder, all sub-folders show up, so I can drill down as far as I need to. My only complaint: the Shortcut Bar icon is great; but on the menu bar it’s just a plain old star outline. I’d rather see the colorful icon! Thank you for a very helpful and useful app!

Great Shortcut App

This has been a great app to use. It allows you to store shortcuts in one convenient place on your Mac. This allow me to select my most frequent apps and websites and put them in one place.

The only thing that keeps me from giving it 4 stars is the lack of backup and restore feature for the settings and shortcuts users add. I have had a couple of occassions where I had to re-install the app because of issues with my OS or upgraded my mac both resulted in losing my shortcuts and settings. It's not impossible to re add them, but it is a pain to do so, provided you remember how you had it setup before the re-install. The developers REALLY need to add a backup and restore feature so that users can preserve their work. Aside from that, the app works really well and is stable.

Major Productivity tool...would love to have found sooner

I keep track of a lot of information; all over the place. Little bits of forms, reports, research, and my own writing. I gab pieces out of storage all over my work space. When I am putting together a report, I am usually working in two or three desktop spaces, on a 43" screen.

Now, all of the sudden...order out of chaos. I can find stuff and close that file window and go right back to it. I can clutter and unclutter my desctop without loosing track of where I was in my work.

Shortcut Bar, you are made cuter by staying out of the way. Your always right there to go fetch tools and paperwork. You are good and you deserve all five gold stars.

I found your friend, Power Menu. Together you guys are more help than a sycophant, and a lot less needy. Thanks FipLab.
