A shooting logbook that keeps score while you shoot. Enter each series as you go, in whole points or tenths, and the total is right before you pack up.
Shotlog is for the club shooter with a paper log or a spreadsheet full of numbers and no easy way to tell whether this winter is going better than the last. Air pistol, air rifle, smallbore, service rifle.
KEEPING SCORE
Add a series and tap in the shots. The running total moves as you go, so the arithmetic is done before you leave the range. If you score in tenths, the decimal keypad takes 10.9 in two taps.
SEE WHETHER YOU ARE IMPROVING
Every session gets its own breakdown: score per series, where your shots are landing, totals. Then look across months of them. Filter by discipline, by tag or by date, so you can put a season of competition results side by side, or read a month of practice on its own. This is the part a paper log cannot do, and it is the reason most people keep logging.
TARGETSNAP
Take a photo of the target, paper or screen, and mark where each shot went. You decide what's a ten. Shotlog reads the score from where you put the marks, then measures the group: mean radius, extreme spread, and how far off centre the group sits on the target face. The ring overlay lines itself up with the photo, so you are not dragging it into position by hand. TargetSnap saves the photo with the session, and you can share the scorecard.
DISCIPLINES
Choose your event and the session sets itself up with the right target face and the right scoring, from the ISSF programme to the national ones for Norway, Germany and the USA. Shotlog remembers the discipline you shot last and opens the next session on it.
YOUR FIREARMS
Keep every firearm in one place, each with its own maintenance log, so you know what was last serviced and when. Link a firearm to a session and it remembers which discipline you shoot with it, so the air rifle and the air pistol each open on their own settings.
PAR TIMER
An interval timer built for shooting sports, with presets or intervals you set yourself. One less app on the bench.
EVERYTHING KEPT
Your log is stored in the cloud, so changing phones does not cost you a season. Tag sessions, add notes, mark a session as practice or competition, and export the lot to CSV whenever you want it somewhere else. Light and dark themes.
RANKS
Logged shots add up to a rank that climbs as you go, which is a fair reason to write up the ordinary Tuesday practice you would otherwise let slide.
Shotlog is free to use, and Shotlog Pro unlocks the full set.

We're always working to improve your Shotlog experience.
This update fixes a problem that could leave you signed in while your sessions, firearms and profile refused to load - usually after a weak connection interrupted the app in the background.
Plus a handful of smaller fixes and tweaks throughout.
