HIRE A SHOWING ASSISTANT
Hire a licensed agent within your brokerage to show a home for you! Your clients will scramble to work with you - because you can provide a showing anytime! What you do:
Request an Assistant to show
Watch them accept via the app
Confirm the appointment
Pay them without the drastic inconvenience of a check or Venmo!
What you see:
The Showing Assistant “starts” the showing by swiping their app
You view them on a GPS link with their GPS location
Send that link to your clients so they know where the Assistant is!
After the showing, the Showing Assistant can provide specific feedback.
What you feel:

Doesn’t work
Tired to set up some showings the app would not take my payment to complete the order. Tired logging off and on same thing.
Tried the chat support option on the app and it would freeze up. Called the phone number on the site for support no one picked up. Seems unreliable all the way around.
Terrible
I have tried to use the app twice to get an agent to help with a showing and both times nobody responds. Total waste of time.
