Description
ShowingTeam is an app that was created by Realtors®, for Realtors®. The main function of the app is to help busy/experienced agents be more productive and get some of their time back. This app allows for agents to get help with showings, open houses and other random tasks from other agents within their brokerage. This app was also designed to help new agents get experience while simultaneously getting some money in their pocket while they build their own business. Lastly, this app was designed as a retention and recruitment tool for brokerages. Brokerages can offer this tool to their agents who are struggling to keep up with a fast pace/demanding market and give agents the opportunity to get help from their fellow agents without having to start a team. Brokerages who give the gift of this app to their tired & burnt out agents look like heroes in the eyes of those agents!

This app has helped me balance family, friends, and work. I’ve used it a number of times when I was out of town or had other commitments. It allows me to serve my clients, take care of everyone in my personal life, and keep my sanity. I love that only other realtors in my brokerage will grab any of my jobs — I know they have training similar to my own and will represent me well when I can’t be at a showing with my clients. I’m very thankful my broker has given us this tool!
Realtors NEED/MUST HAVE this App
This app is extremely user friendly; designed for real estate agents who can’t be two places at once. Not only will this give you TIME but it will also GROW your business! It almost seems as though the designers have thought of all possible needs an agent could have and have implemented them. You will impressed, but more importantly, you’ll be THANKFUL for how much more you can get done
Life saving
This app is the only reason I am able to balance being a Realtor with all of life’s other responsibilities. My clients never have to miss out on a showing bc of my vacation plans or other obligations. It’s a win-win for my clients and myself. Also a great way to pick up jobs to earn a little extra cash. Wouldn’t know what to do without this app.
