تطبيق شوكة هو منصة إلكترونية تجمع المطاعم في مكان واحد، حيث يمكن للمستخدم البحث عن المطاعم القريبة منهم، أو عن المطاعم المفضلة لديهم.
يتيح التطبيق للمستخدم تتبع طلبة لمعرفة حالة الطلب، كما يستطيع المستخدم إختيار طريقة استلام الطلب، سواء بالاستلام من المطعم مباشرة أو التوصيل للمنزل. يقوم المستخدم بتحديد عنوانه في الخريطة بخاصية تحديد المواقع أو إختيار موقع آخر للتوصيل.

Bad Experience
I have ordered something then it was accepted by the restaurant and the driver.. the driver decided to go and pick someone’s else order and he updated my order as “delivered successfully”.
I reached out to the customer service but no action was taken and I had to send someone from my own to go and take the order.
Just a waste of time and money !!!

يبدو انه تم ادخال رقم الجوال بشكل غير صحيح، كما نرجو ان يتم التاكد من عدم تفعيل خاصية حجب الرسائل، بعض الارقام تواجه مشكله في استلام رسائل التحقق.
Bad experience
I had a very bad experience with this app. I got my order cold after 3 hours!!! 2 drivers cancelled the order.. and then after one driver accepted the order he took too long. But he was polite to be fair. It’s one of the few delivery app in qatif and it should be better! I hope my review gets noticed because it could be the best delivery app in the city if you take it into consideration.
Not helpful
App is enforcing a minimum order proce/cost to proceed with the order even when selecting to pick up the order by myself … most of the times that will mean ordering more food which’s not needed just to be able to use this service
