Not enjoying the update

My job uses this app to trade and pick up shifts and I think it worked well. Unfortunately this new update has made the app more complicated and confusing to use. I personally liked how all the shifts were easier to see/find in a grid type format (I think that’s how you would describe it). Now it’s all bulky, bubbly, and spread out. I feel like this is a “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” situation. I seems like the people behind the app are trying to mimic a social media aesthetic but this is not social media. I really regret updating the app. It worked perfectly fine before.

Plus the update keeps crashing for me.

On a positive note the schedule feature was a nice add. Being able to see my schedule through the app is efficient.

Not user friendly

When I got this app I thought it would be helpful but unless your employees are doing all the work of adding their own schedules to the app it is not helpful. Trading shifts does not work unless ALL employees have added the schedules to the app. Do not pay for upgrade either it’s a rip off. I’ve asked for a refund but they will not offer it. Stating I have to go through App Store for refund, but since I purchased app and upgrade over 90 days ago a refund is not possible
Through App Store. If I can prevent 1 person from using this app my upgrade fee is worth it. Do not get this app.

***Since I wrote this review the company has contacted me several times to work with me and actually offered and sent me a refund. Although my staff does not like that they have to input their own schedules into the calendar now and I preferred the advantage of having it uploaded for me as the store owner, we will try to make it work for the time being.
The other features worked much better when they were offering this service. It streamlined the scheduling aspect. I personally felt it was what set this app apart from the other apps. I can send a text with my excel spread sheet in it to them so posting it on the app now seems like a waste of time. With all that being said I have upped the star rating because of their customer service. They all were wonderful and very professional.

Note that shift swapping can take place without the uploading of schedules - it is a feature that we happily offer as a free service.

In light of your experience, we are gladly refunding your payment while keeping the Pro features (location locking, the ability to turn off tipping and delete user posted content) turned on for your account. Note that the calendar schedule is still fully operational. The change is that our team is no longer able to manually add your schedules to the calendar. The automatic upload feature was retired for a number of reasons - mainly due to lack of use. Your employees still have the ability to add their own shifts to the calendar and any user can post a picture of the schedule.

Our goal to provide the best possible user experience and to delight our customers. We have designed our app with the end user in mind and will continue to make improvements as we roll out new features for our customers.

It’s a good app, but many bugs

The title says what I mainly think about the app. It works great when there are no bugs but there are some persistent ones that happen almost every time I use the app. This includes it logging me out every single time I use the app and having to sign in all over again which gets pretty irritating, or the app when it DOES keep me logged in doesn’t have any of my work info on it. No schedules on the calendar, nothing going down in the area to pick up shifts, and it won’t let you access your chats or messages. This bug has gotten so bad at points I have to uninstall and reinstall the app so that I am able to log back on rather than being stuck logged in but not be able to do anything. The app is great! But these two glitches are realllyyyy irritating. Sometimes I have important messages to send like letting my team know I’m running late, and because of this I haven’t been able to let them know. I know the developers are super on top of things. I hope an update rolls around soon that fixes these issues! x
