Description

Use your phone like a transit level! Now you can get visual feedback while leveling. Align the crosshairs and what you see is level with your phones height!

Replace the need for an expensive laser or transit level with this app!
Now you have a simple tool for visually finding level. With a few simple techniques, outlined in the instructions, you can level almost anything!

Created with the avid DIYer in mind, SightLeveler is a simple and affordable tool for general leveling projects.

SightLeveler is perfect for many situations:
Verifying elevation
Measuring grade
Establishing drainage slopes
Leveling fences and post tops
Plotting contour lines in the landscape
Grading driveways
Swimming pool installations

Once SightLeveler is calibrated it is simple to use, just align the crosshairs to a mark or object and that mark is at the same elevation as your phone. Add a steady stick of a known height and you have a tool to measure and mark level anywhere.

For recreational use only. While we strive to make SightLeveler as accurate as possible, hardware and calibration variations can limit the tool's accuracy.

What’s New

Version 1.2

This version adds the ability to change the crosshairs from light to dark depending on your environment. In low light conditions you can change the crosshair to white or black in bright conditions.

Tried to use but

This app would be a great option if only the lines were bolder! i read one review and they said the same thing but i decided to try it anyway, well when you get outside and have a background of different colors plus the sun, the lines are not bold enough, please bolden up the lines and it would be a great app!

Great Tool

I am reworking a pond and did not have a survey level and was looking to buy a laser level but you cannot see them outside without spending a lot of money to get a receiver as well. This app is awesome. Works great outside and is plenty accurate at over 150 ft.

Poor accuracy - not useful in field

Cali a ration alert right in the middle of screen when your about to confirm calibration. Stupidness. Second, there is no way to plumb the calibration stick from a reference point. Rotation by hand along the x-axis leads to gross errors in slope calculation. No way to steady reference calibration location. Useless
